Challenge opponents, leaderboard prizes and in-game notifications

New Features

We implemented the ability to challenge another online player with a customizable wager size.
To get properly notified about a new challenge, we also added an in-game notification system.
With the challenge opponent user flow, we added new dialogues to the user interface.
Added daily and monthly leaderboard prizes, the top 3 players get rewarded with different prizes.
We added a Christmas themed battle arena background, as well as new battle arena background for the low and higher wager tier.
Added the ability for the user to remove a friend from his relationships via the player inspect dialogue.
Added new cape and pet spell animations.
Updated our server infrastructure and added a new server in Singapore for our Asian players.

Added the TVL (total value locked) to our kingdom vault staking pools.
Enhanced our player analytics data with new properties.
Limit the number of rematches between the same random matched players.
Optimized our server-blockchain communication by adding a sizeable pool of addresses to send transactions.

Fixed the stopped spell animation problem, while the other player also triggered some animations.
